Give it challenging work
Hand it something ambitious with a clear outcome.
Give it a task you actually need done, even if you are not sure how to do every part yourself. Describe the result, share the relevant context, and let it work through the details. It is really smart now, and it is worth finding out how much of the job it can handle.
I keep it on Approve for me. That is the best mode for how I work. I still look at the result: can I use it, does it do what I asked, and what did the agent actually verify?
