Organize your chats

Give your tasks clear names so you can find them later.

Conversation cards sorted into a tidy three-compartment organizer.

A little organization goes a long way when you have several conversations running. Give tasks names you will recognize later, keep related work together, and archive conversations you are finished with.

Make the title describe the actual work. Before leaving a longer task, ask for a short summary of what is done and what comes next. That makes it easier to pick it back up without reconstructing the whole conversation.

Try it

  1. Rename vague tasks to describe their outcome.
  2. Keep related conversations with their project and archive finished work.
  3. Ask for a brief handoff summary before pausing a long task.

A prompt to steal

Summarize where this task stands: what is finished, what remains, and the next concrete step. Suggest a short title that will help me recognize it later.
